Information we collect
When you use ADU IQ, we may collect the property address you enter, public property-record information used for the screening, and the name, email address, and phone number you provide when requesting a reviewed report. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Project inquiry information
If you submit a project inquiry, we also collect the project details you choose to provide, including planning allowances, budget, financing interest, and any separately requested financing callback preferences. A callback request is held for ADU IQ owner review until a specialist is identified and you agree to sharing with that recipient. Financing interest is not a credit application. The inquiry does not automatically send your information to contractors or lenders.
Temporary project drafts
To help you return to an unfinished project inquiry, this website temporarily stores your draft in this browser tab’s session storage. This includes any project and contact details you enter. You can clear it using Clear draft. It is removed after a successful submission or when the tab session ends, and expires after 24 hours. It is not submitted to ADU IQ until you send the inquiry.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the preliminary screening, review your property, contact you about the requested service and payment, maintain your request in the owner dashboard, improve the service, and protect the website from misuse.
Email notifications
When you submit a request, ADU IQ sends a business notification to aduiqmiami@gmail.com. We may reply to the email address or phone number you provided.
How information is shared
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, public-property research, security, and email delivery. We may share information with qualified professionals or government offices when you ask us to help coordinate a project. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards and restrict the owner dashboard.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with your request, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact us using the email below.
